Istanbul and spent 12 years at GE Healthcare and GE Renewable Energy, working closely with senior leaders on cross-regional strategic projects.

In 2022, she relocated to Paris with GE—a move she describes as her "second university" for how it deepened her understanding of leadership and executive collaboration. Two years later, she launched her own consultancy, grounded in presence, anticipation, and trust.
